About the company

Who We Are

Aero Technic BG is an independent EASA Part-145 approved MRO centre based at Sofia Airport, providing aircraft maintenance, technical support and specialized aviation services for a growing range of aircraft operators and partners. Since its establishment in 2011, the company has continuously expanded its capabilities, infrastructure and team, developing from line maintenance activities into a trusted maintenance provider with strong base maintenance, workshop, logistics, planning and engineering support expertise.

We combine international engineering experience with the local advantage of flexible slot availability, transparent planning and dedicated operational support. Our team brings together experienced aviation professionals, certified technical staff and specialized departments working in close coordination to ensure safe, reliable and compliant maintenance operations.

With a strong focus on safety, quality and customer-oriented solutions, Aero Technic BG supports its customers throughout the maintenance process — from planning and material coordination to technical execution, documentation and on-site support. Our goal is to provide efficient, dependable and transparent MRO services while continuously investing in our people, processes and infrastructure.

Mission

Our mission

Our mission is to provide safe, reliable and compliant aircraft maintenance services by combining technical expertise, operational discipline and a strong commitment to quality. We aim to support our customers with efficient maintenance solutions, while continuously developing our people, improving our processes and maintaining the highest standards of safety and responsibility.

What makes us different

We started as an engineering team focused on A320 family support and grew step by step into a full MRO stack — from line and base maintenance to in-house workshops and a calibration lab. This "under one roof" structure is our key competitive advantage — customers don't depend on a subcontractor chain, don't pay hidden logistics costs, and get a single transparent schedule.

As an independent operator we're not tied to a vendor or airline group. That lets us serve any customer — airlines, lessors, government operators, business aviation — with the same level of service.
