1. Data controller

"Aero Technic BG" Ltd., UIC [TODO], registered office: Sofia, 8-ma Str., Sofia Airport, is the data controller per Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

2. What data we collect

• Business contact data: first name, last name, email, phone, title, company — when you submit a quote form or write to us directly.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited — for statistics and security only.
• Job applications: CV and supporting documents sent to careers@aerotechnic-bg.com.

3. Legal basis

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures and performance of a maintenance services contract.
• Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — legal obligations (accounting, aviation regulations).
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in site security and service improvement.

4. Retention

Business correspondence: 5 years from last contact. CVs: 6 months, unless you explicitly consent to a longer period. Technical logs: 12 months.

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia.
