"Aero Technic BG" Ltd., UIC 201431105, registered office: Sofia, 8-ma Str., Sofia Airport, is data controller as per Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

1. What data we collect

We collect the following scope of personal data for the following purposes:

• Business contact data: first name, last name, email, phone, title, company — when you submit a quote form or write to us directly.
  This personal data is processed based on your preliminary consent and your submission and/or e-mail. The data will be processed only for review of the case and answer. If, following the correspondence, a contract between the parties is signed, this preliminary information will be considered as processed on a contractual basis.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited.
  This personal data is processed for statistics and information security reasons only.
• Job applications: CV and supporting documents, that can contain names, e-mail and phone number, work and education experience, photo — when you submit an apply form or write to us directly to careers@aerotechnic-bg.com.
  This personal data is processed based on pre-contractual relations. The data will be processed only for review and answer.

2. Legal basis

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures and contractual basis.
• Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — legal obligations.
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in site security and service improvement.

3. Retention

Business correspondence: 5 years from last contact. CVs: 6 months, unless you explicitly consent to a longer period. Technical logs: 12 months.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data and object to the processing. You can withdraw consent at any time if the data is processed based on consent and no legal requirements oblige us to store it for a longer period.

5. Right to lodge a complaint

To exercise your rights you can write an e-mail to: dpo@aerotechnic-bg.com.
You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia, or the Bulgarian court.
