Requirements

Secondary education; technical education is an advantage
Previous painting experience – industrial, automotive or aviation
Teamwork and responsible attitude
Attention to detail and commitment to high quality
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines
Discipline and strong safety awareness

Responsibilities

Full or partial restoration of aircraft paint and coating
Surface preparation: cleaning, sanding and degreasing
Work with paints, varnishes and specialized materials
Follow quality and safety procedures and standards
Proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
