Tooling & Warehouse Officer

Support the accurate storage, issuing and tracking of aviation tools, spare parts and materials used in aircraft maintenance operations.

Requirements

  • Secondary or technical education
  • Computer literacy and accuracy with data
  • Attention to detail, organization and responsibility
  • Teamwork and clear communication
  • Working level of English
  • Stores or tools experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Issue and receive aviation tools and materials
  • Check condition, completeness and serviceability
  • Receive and inspect aircraft spare parts
  • Track tool calibration dates and coordinate the process
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Support inventories, audits and inspections
