On 6 August, Aero Technic BG marked an important milestone in the development of its new hangar facility.
The first aircraft to complete maintenance in the new Aero Technic BG hangar departed with a ceremonial water salute, symbolizing the successful completion of the maintenance check and the beginning of a new operational stage for the company.
For this aircraft, Aero Technic BG issued the first Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) from the new hangar — an important moment that reflects the company’s continued growth, expanded maintenance capacity and commitment to safe and reliable aircraft maintenance operations.
The milestone also highlights the role of the new facility in supporting larger-scale projects and strengthening Aero Technic BG’s position as a trusted MRO partner. With modern infrastructure, specialized workshops and increased aircraft accommodation capacity, the new hangar opens new opportunities for the company, its customers and its team.
Aero Technic BG would like to thank Air Serbia for their trust and valued partnership, as well as the entire Aero Technic BG team whose professionalism, coordination and dedication made this achievement possible.
This symbolic departure marks another step forward in the company’s development and a moment of pride for everyone involved.
